Prices
All prices FOB Gaston, Oregon. Subject to change without notice. Material in containers or requiring
wire baskets will have a surcharge added which will be determined by the size of the ball/container.
Terms
25% deposit with order, balance due at time of shipment unless otherwise arranged at time of sale. Past
due accounts will be charged 1 1/2% per month (18% annually).
Claims
All claims must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of material. We will not be responsible for
more than the purchase price of the material.
Shipping
All shipments travel at the expense and risk of the purchaser who assumes all responsibility when the
shipment leaves our fields.
All material shipped B&B or containerized.
